I’m maintaining my flexibility at 70!

“I have been attending yoga sessions for several years now, and find that the practice greatly helps me maintain my flexibility, which in turn helps prevent some of those aches and pains that come at my age (nearly 70). The different levels of classes and the choices of class time are very appealing.
