Yoga 101 – Beyond the Basics – register today!

Looking to get back into yoga?  Did you try yoga a few years ago, lost interest, but now want to try again?  Our Yoga 101 Beyond the Basics classes may be just the class for you!  If you have taken our 101 Beginner Basics class or you need a refresher course, we offer our  Yoga 101 Beyond the Basics classes. Classes are an hour long and will reinforce basic knowledge of poses, breathing, and relaxation as well as introduce new poses and yoga concepts.
