Abs & Core Strength
The abdominal region of the body is the center of our balance and strength. We’ll focus on core strength exercises that will strengthen your core muscles, including your abdominal muscles, back muscles and the muscles around the pelvis. This 45 minute class will improve your core strength and benefit you in everyday activities. Registration is required and you must register to reserve your space.
