Our Yoga 101 class offers brand-new beginners or people who have done some yoga before a safe and supportive environment to learn basic postures, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques. This 6-week beginner class will provide the student with knowledgeable instruction and with posture modifications for different bodies and different levels of strength and flexibility. Students are encouraged to ask questions during this one-hour class. 101 students can move on to 101-B at the end of the sessions or can drop-in to one of our weekly Yoga classes.***Please note that monthly memberships cannot be used towards payment for a Yoga 101 or Yoga 101B class.***

Yoga 101-B is our second 6-week series of classes for beginning Yoga students. We will add to the postures learned in the 101 class and learn new routines too. 101-B classes offer a slower pace than a drop-in Yoga class and students are encouraged to ask questions during class. Our instructors highlight alignment and breathing and make sure everyone is practicing safely. Yoga benefits everyone so all abilities and body types are welcome.
Monday evening class – Starts June 8, 2015 at 6:45pm
Dates: Mondays, June 8 through July 13
