Yoga 101 for Beginners – The Best Place to Begin

Exercise brings joy to your life

New to Yoga? Just getting back into it? Classes are not too hard, not too easy…just right. Learn the basic Yoga stretches along with alignment, breathing techniques, and how to relax and feel comfortable in a Yoga class. The instructors take time to make sure everyone gets individual attention with proper alignment, breathing, and focus. They’ll also make sure you’re doing the postures to the best of your ability and more importantly – SAFELY. You will learn Yoga postures, alignment, breathing, relaxation, and an introduction to meditation. Plenty of time for questions during class. Class is 1 hour.

 

 

 


Yoga 101 Part B (formerly Yoga 201)

You’ll learn new routines in this Yoga 101 Part B series.  We’ll continue to grow and add postures to what we’ve learned in the Yoga 101 Part A class.  This is a great class if you’ve done the Yoga 101, or if you’re looking for a more instructional and workshop setting. The instructors take time to make sure everyone gets individual attention with proper alignment, breathing and focus. They’ll also make sure you’re doing the postures to the best of your ability and more importantly – SAFELY.
