New to Yoga? Just getting back into it? Classes are not too hard, not too easy...just right. Learn the basic Yoga stretches along with alignment, breathing techniques, and how to relax and feel comfortable in a Yoga class.
You will learn Yoga postures, alignment, breathing, relaxation, and intro to meditation.

This is a great routine with online support!  Perfect for beginners or folks looking to get back into shape.

 Yoga 201 Series - Tuesdays 6:00 PM

You'll learn 3 new routines in this Yoga 201 series. We'll continue to grow and add postures to what we've learned in the Yoga 101 series. This is a great class if you've done the Yoga 101, or if you're looking for a more instructional and workshop setting. The instructors take time to make sure everyone gets individual attention with proper alignment, breathng and focus. They'll also make dure you're doing the postures to the best of your ability and more importantly - SAFELY.

 Yoga for Abs and Core Strength - Wednesdays 4:00 PM

Focus on developing your core strength throught the practice of a specialized Yoga routine. Class focuses on strengthening and stretching the lower back, navel region, abs, and sides of the torso. May help with reducing back pain, and bringing stability to your Yoga practice and athletic endeavors.



 Yoga for Weight Management - Thursdays 6:45 PM
